Wasted Perfections Terms of Service

By placing an order with Wasted Perfections, you agree to the following terms:

All products are prepared and packaged with care. Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to the handmade nature of our treats.

Orders & Payment: Payment is required at checkout unless otherwise stated. An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Once preparation of a custom or made-to-order purchase has begun, changes or cancellations may not be accepted.

Pickup: Customers are responsible for picking up orders during their scheduled pickup date and timeframe. Wasted Perfections is not responsible for product quality or condition resulting from late or missed pickups.

Shipping: When shipping is available, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Wasted Perfections is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

Food Allergies: Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, wheat, soy, and other ingredients. Customers with food allergies should contact us before placing an order.

Refunds & Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
